The Auto Degauss System (ADG) is both powerful and portable.  “Downcycle” demagnetizing with Full-Wave DC eliminates residual magnetism in complex metal structures, machinery parts, and high strength alloy components.  Multiple cable power delivery options are available to degauss very large components such as turbine and generator rotors, steam turbine blading and casings, small and large diameter pipes, vehicles, ships, aircraft and even buildings!  Control of magnetism at pipe welds, reduces welding time, improves weld quality by eliminating arc blow and speeds production lines.  The ADG can be used for Magnetizing for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT) followed by thorough demagnetizing using the same cable set-up.  The flexibility of the ADG saves time and ensures parts are not over magnetized with yokes creating troublesome circular magnetism!
