It is advisable that grounding devices designed specifically for shaft grounding duty are chosen. Grounding devices vary in performance and application. MPS encourages the end user to contact suppliers and determine which design best suits their application. Regardless of the device selected, all devices require a certain amount of maintenance to yield proper grounding performance. MPS provides a Shaft Voltage Current Monitor, compatible with most devices, enabling our clients to monitor the efficacy of their device and institute measures as quickly as possible to maintain a well-grounded shaft.
